1. The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.thegoodstuff.co.nz.

2. These Terms and Conditions are intended to make the use of this website easy, reliable, secure and a good experience for you.

3. Using the website to place an order indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. In order to purchase products from the website you will be asked to provide some personal information (e.g. name, shipping address, phone number, email address). Please refer to our Privacy Policy on the website to review our policy on these matters.

5. You must pay for the goods before we send them to you. All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and must be paid for in New Zealand dollars.

6. Electronic payments made for products purchased from the website are highly secure. Once you confirm your order you will be redirected to a secure payment screen hosted by ASB Bank where payment information is entered and then processed through the Paymark network. Paymark is the largest transaction processer.  Paymark uses 128 bit industry strength encryption so you can be assured that your credit card details are secure.  Your credit card details are entered into the secure portal and The Good Stuff Limited does not retain full credit card details. Once the payment is complete, you will be returned to the website.

7.  As the goods will have left us in perfect condition, they should arrive to you in perfect condition. You must let us know immediately if goods have been damaged in transit.  We will then contact you to arrange the return of those goods to the courier and we will send you replacement goods free of charge.

8. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies only to consumer purchases.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to be inconsistent with a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If the Consumer Guarantees Act applies and if any of the goods fail to comply with any guarantee in the Consumer Guarantees Act, The Good Stuff Limited will repair or replace those goods. The Good Stuff Limited does not provide any Express Guarantees (as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act).

9. The Good Stuff Limited only delivers within New Zealand. The Good Stuff Limited shall arrange an agent to deliver the goods to the New Zealand address stated on the order as soon as possible.  We will use our best endeavours to despatch orders no later than two business days after the day your order is received by us. Address should be a physical address.  If your address is a PO Box or at a secured apartment complex, it may result in delays.

10. Our total liability to you in relation to any faulty goods or services is limited to the price of those goods or services. We will not, in any case, be liable for any consequential or special damages, including loss of business profits, nor will we be in any way responsible for any losses, damages, costs or other consequences (direct or indirect) arising from any delay in delivery.

11. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (currently at 15%) and exclude freight charges unless otherwise stated.  If a product is listed at an incorrect price, The Good Stuff Limited shall have the right to cancel any order placed and refund the full amount of the charge.  We do not warrant or guarantee that the content of the website is current, accurate or complete when you access it although we do our best to make sure that it is.

12. Risk in the goods will pass to you, the customer, upon delivery to you or to the address specified by you.

13. If you are not 100% happy with your goods then you may return them to us.  Provided that the goods are returned to us in brand new condition, in original undamaged packaging, we will refund you the purchase price of those goods but all freight costs are to be paid by you.  If goods are damaged in transit, it will be your responsibility.

14. The website may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that The Good Stuff Limited is not responsible for the operation of or the content on any such site.

15. All of the content included on this site, including, but not limited to, trademarks, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of The Good Stuff Limited or other third parties that have licensed such content to The Good Stuff Limited and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. Republication or redistribution of any of the content available on this website by any means is prohibited.

16. These Terms and Conditions and any matters or disputes connected with this website will be governed by the laws of New Zealand and will be dealt with by the New Zealand courts.

17. We may make changes to the website and these Terms and Conditions at any time and such changes will take effect from the time they are published on the website.
